why i built this

The Room That Did
Not Exist Until Now

I spent years in financial newsrooms and boardrooms watching brilliant women go quiet when the numbers came up. Not because they were not capable.  Because no one had ever given them the room to build that muscle.

The programs that have existed tell women to speak up, show up, and lean in. But financial fluency is ignored entirely.

I built the Collective because I knew it was the missing piece. A real, structured place to learn the language of money — personally and professionally — in a room with women who are serious about it.

This is that room.

The Real Gap

It's Not a
Confidence
Problem.

You’ve been told to speak up more. Take up more space. Lean in. And you have. Yet something still holds you back in rooms where money is the language being spoken.

The gap isn’t confidence. It’s fluency. And it’s not your fault — you were never given the financial education that your male counterparts absorbed through different channels, different rooms, different conversations.

That changes here.

"A colleague confidently challenges the Q3 revenue projections in front of the executive committee. Could you do the same — or would you stay quiet?"

Financial fluency means knowing what the numbers are saying — and knowing when they’re wrong.

"You want to make the case for a new initiative. Can you build the financial argument — ROI, risk, capital allocation — that makes leadership say yes?"

Business fluency turns good ideas into funded ones.

"You want financial freedom by 50. Do you know how to build a portfolio that generates income without eroding capital — and protects what you've built?"

Wealth fluency means your money works as hard as you do.

"You're thinking about scaling your own business. Do you know your burn rate, your margin structure, when to raise and when to hold?"

Entrepreneurial fluency means building without guessing.

what you’ll build

Three Kinds of Fluency.
One Compounding Advantage.

Most programs give you frameworks. The Collective gives you financial fluency — the kind that shows up in real conversations, real decisions, and real results.

01

Personal Financial Mastery

14-lesson self-paced program. You’ll build a personalized financial blueprint — from cashflow and goal-setting to portfolio strategy, investment depth, and wealth protection. This is the foundation everything else builds on.

02

Business Financial Confidence

8-lesson program that gives you the tools to interpret financials, understand valuation, assess risk, and make strategic business decisions. The language of leadership, made yours.

03

Community & Expert Access

Bi-monthly live sessions with financial and leadership experts. Quarterly “Money Meets Life” virtual events. An annual Lead & Thrive Live Summit. A peer cohort of women at your level — none of the noise, all of the substance.

The Investment case

Your company won't spend $10K on a 1-on-1 executive coach until you've already proven yourself.

That’s not a criticism — it’s how organizations work. The investment in high-potential women comes after the proof of performance. But the financial fluency that creates that proof? That’s on you to build.

The Strictly Money Collective is how you build it. At a fraction of the cost of executive coaching, you invest in the skillset that accelerates your trajectory and carries with you regardless of where your career takes you.

Who This Is For

For Women Who Mean Business.

The Collective is built for women at the director, AVP, and VP level who are ready to make financial fluency a core part of how they lead.

This is for women who are already doing the work and know that financial knowledge is the missing piece.

We keep the cohort small and the calibre high. Applications are reviewed individually to keep the cohort focused and the conversations sharp.

You are at the director, AVP, or VP level

You are or ready to be in rooms where financial decisions get made — and you want to lead those conversations, not observe them.

You know the gap is not confidence

You feel confident and your work speaks for itself. What is missing is the financial fluency to demonstrate it in the language that moves organizations.

You are ready to invest in yourself

This isn't another webinar. It's a year of structured, expert-led, community-supported work requiring a minimum of 10 hours/month that changes how you think about and use money — personally and professionally.

You want a peer group that matches your level

You'll be part of a cohort of high-achieving women building financial fluency together in a space that is finally safe to not know everything.
