Personal Finance & Financial Wellness Expertise
with Saij Elle
Hi! Let me introduce myself.
I’m a personal finance expert and wellness consultant, personal financial planning educator, a business TV anchor, and a financial coach in Toronto and worldwide.
You’ve come to the right place:
There are a lot of people who will claim they’re a personal finance expert…but how do you know?
- Do they walk the talk or do they simply repeat what they read in a few books
- Are they good at one specialized area but claim they know a lot more?
- Do they throw out rule of thumbs or do they understand finance is personal
How can you trust someone to help you make your most important financial decisions?
I’ll let you judge what I offer for yourself.

My Values
- I owe much of my values to my parents, Meena & Jay.
- At the age of 7, my parents taught me the value of working for a dollar.
- When I was 12, dad warned me that the playing field for opportunities was not fair – not for women and certainly not for minority women.
“The only way to level it is through education and being smarter with your money,” he’d say.
- At age 15, mom instilled in me lessons such as saving for a rainy day and that financial independence meant choice and freedom.
- I believe in working hard and smart, that money comes with privilege and to treat it with respect, and that money is not the end all and be all but rather it’s a tool to experience life to its fullest, to give back, and to do good.
Our Mission
To be the most trusted brand in financially empowering individuals through unbiased & holistic financial education, delivered with integrity, simplicity, and compassion.
- We believe talking about money is not only healthy – it’s essential.
- We believe that a prosperous economy will happen when collectively, individuals gain financial confidence – including women!
- We believe learning how to manage money is one of the most important life skills we can have, yet many people and especially women, are not given the opportunity to learn it at school or at home.
I am a financial wellness advocate. I’m advocating for real systemic change so people, especially women, can build financial security and thrive.
Everyone deserves to have a happy, fulfilled financial life and we will have this when:
• Individuals own their financial journey.
• Society stops treating this as “someone else’s problem”.
• We work together to make systemic changes to support financial wellness.
• And women who are more philanthropic, community oriented and deliver better return on their dollar, play a greater role.
